The existing ecological environment problems of the Yellow River Basin are related to water. In view of the existing problems, water should be treated as the key point of improving the ecological environment of the Yellow River Basin. It is necessary to utilize and protect the water resources in proper manner, as well as to implement reasonable water service and unified water management. Moreover, all the people should take actions to save water, and to conserve the water by forestation.
