A high intensity spin polarized slow positron beam is developing in RIKEN for the researches of surface and interface magnetism. A new design of the apparatus to improve beam transfer efficiency by making it compact and the simulation results are reported. Matching of electric field and magnetic field of a spin rotator is also discussed.
