The paper will explore the information issues being implicitly identified and explored in the meetings of and documentation created by local agencies attempting to bid for pilot Children's Trust status in England. The paper will explore the visions of a Children's Trust in terms of the emerging context of services and using a combination of theories about new organisational forms and information systems. The authors will seek to explore the issues of system integration in the context of plans new and existing organisational forms and information practices.
