The formation, operation and management of Networked Organizations, performing parallel, multiple life-cycle projects, has been a challenge for the last five years, and as many other industrial challenges approached by the IT community there are so far no obvious viable approaches to deliver solutions to meet the needs. This paper describes a possible approach using the technology of Active Knowledge Models, and model generated solutions, that could support continuous change, evolution and organisational learning. The main result of this work will be an Intelligent Infrastructure with enterprise knowledge, systems and software serv-ices and a methodology to continuously build, change and manage solutions supporting the Networkec Organisation.
