As one of the biggest problems by decisions in the e-business investments is unclear ROI and uncertainty about how to measure results. In this paper 1 show some aspects of research in measuring the impact of web based B2B procurement. I have focused on ROI indicator, which I have adjusted on e-business specifics, especially on procurement with dynamic pricing transactions. This measuring is performed by accepting pyramidal ROI decomposition according to level of quantifying complexity of attributes used in this indicator. I express added ROI, which is added value for enterprise due to implementation of e-business solution. I quantify the financial revenue of dynamic pricing mechanism by two criterion - price and maturity date savings. 1 show also some conclusion from applied research performed on Slovak mining enterprise.
