摘要

The results of investigation and creation of the system of automated data processing, mapping and documenting for pilotage support, that provides secure shipping in sea ports, entrance canals, inshore area (raids), fairways are summarized in the paper. The detection and auto-tracking reliability of the signals reflected from the targets against the background of sea interference (noise) is estimated. In view of the lack of prior information on the signal amplitude and interference distribution laws, it is proposed to solve the task of useful signal detection on the basis of the learning method. The operation algorithms of the target acquisition (detection and tracking) learning system, as well as the radar data compression algorithm in transmitting into the coastal control centre (CC) of the ship/vessel traffic control system (STCS) are considered.
