摘要

Introgressive lines T. aestivum L. (AABBDD)/T. miguschovae Zhirov (A'A'GGDD) possessing agronomic important traits were studied using morphological, cytological and molecular genetic methods. It was shown that frequency of alien genetic material transferring into genome of these lines was different for chromosomes of each subgenome and homoeologous group. Genetic material of subgenome G chromosomes decreased cytological stability of lines in contrast to introgression of subgenome A; D chromosomes.
