The planning of the connecting road of the A4 with the Lumezzane (BS) industrial area, consideration to morphology of the bottom of the valley and the high level of the anthropical, it imposed the necessity to long tunnel; in fact five principal tunnels was projected with a overall length of 12 km; often they are characteristic of high thickness rocky mainly of limestone and limestone more or less marly. Resulting very expensive the execution of deep geognostic drilling also in consideration to the difficult for the building of the track of building yard and then for the reconstruct of the geologic section it used seismic surveying. In particular along all the axis of the tunnel future same reflection seismic survey were done that they had enabled the definition of the tectonic and stratigrafic model, and also refraction seismic survey with tomografic method were done that they had contributed with the seismic velocity to determine the mechanics characteristic of the rocks . In the note, the problem, inherent in the application of the two seismic method, are expose, and also the results are showed and they agree the application of this double method of exploration in other similar case.
