摘要

Presents a zonal-model approach to evaluate the energy saving and thermal comfort of two different types of heating systems: radiator heating system and radiant floor heating (RFH) system. The distributed parameter method is used in mathematic model instead of the traditional lumped parameter method. Compared to radiator heating system, RFH system possesses reasonable temperature distribution and mean radiant temperature (MRT) which well meet the occupants' thermal feelings. Meanwhile, RFH system can lower the indoor design temperature by about 2°C without sacrificing thermal comfort, which will reduce the energy consumption effectively.
