摘要

The reaction of cyclohexanol with CO_2 is studied over alkali doped ferric-molybdate catalyst to check the possibility of formation of carboxylated product. Prior to this the cyclohexanol transformation over binary oxides of Fe and Mo and modified Fe-Mo catalysts was extensively studied. It is observed that the nature of the catalyst and reaction parameters have profound effect on product distribution and selectivity to different products.
