The economic-cost investment casting technologies of titanium alloys were studied. Low priced materials were used in the process of preparing shell moulds, the coefficients of thermal expansion of the mould shells and TG-DSC curve of face coat were measured, and thus the parameters of baking were determined. The titanium alloys components were cast successfully using low priced shell mould materials by the centrifugal technology in which the preheat temperature of the mould was 573K and centrifugal speed was 280r/min. The diffuse layer between titanium alloys and shell mould were studied by EPMA. The results showed that diffusing thickness of aluminum was 60μm, and silicon was 20μm, the high quality, cost effective titanium casting can be cast by this investment technology.
