Challenges during transition of Project to Operations: Timely availability of spares (Commissioning, Insurance and Operating). Updating of existing operating Manual and procedures (Brownfield) and new Operating Manuals and procedures (Greenfield). Manpower availability/required training for operation & maintenance of new facilities. Asset registration/Maintenance Plans to be completed /finalized. Maintenance contracts for equipment to be in place. Assurance for fulfilment of all Integrity requirements.
