The repair and reneration of bone defect in construction and function is now still one of the intractable problems puzzling all scientists in surgical field At present, there are various of methods to repair bone defect, For example, autogarfting bone artificial bone repair, osteoinductive skeletal truction Though the methods to bone pair are variety, there are only three basic principle: osteogenesis, osteoconduction, osteoinduction. Osteogenesis offers the histiocyte of potential osteogenesis ability, which straightly translate to osteogenesis cell excreting bone matrix and mineralized. Osteoconduction makes the material to be the bridge scaffold, which makes host tissue grow in and new bone aggrade. Osteoinduction stimulates and inducts mesen-chymal cell which has potential osteogenesis ability, and it translates to bone. Osteogenesis usually only appears in autogarft and skeletal truction this study aims at the repair of bone defect by osteoinduction and osteoconduction
