After the final forced vibration test, The Mid Niigata prefecture Earthquake in 2004 struck Niigata Prefecture on the evening of October 23rd, 2004. Fortunately, we obtained five records of the earth- quake and its after quakes. In order to confirm the attenuation performance of MACSRC and the cross interac- tion effect of adjacent foundations for earthquakes, analyses of earthquake observation records and their simulation analysis were conducted. In comparison of the earthquake records and the simulation results, it was revealed that the damping performance of Improved foundation and the cross interaction effect of adjacent foundations worked effectively for not only forced vibrations but also earthquakes.
