As specified in the ICUMSA News No. 49, The Philippines have decided to become a Member of our Commission. In accordance with Article III of our Constitution, The Philippines formed a National Committee and have sent to the President all the relevantdocuments. The Chairperson of the Philippines National Committee is Ms. Jinah T. Cuenca who participated as an observer at the last Session in Pune.
