摘要

Numerous federal facilities all over the United States have either filed for or have received a Title V operating permit. On an annual basis, these facilities will be required to certify compliance with all of the applicable federal, state, and local requirements. This paper presents some of the problems faced by federal facilities in demonstrating compliance, along with some of the proposed solutions in ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements. The methods used by these facilities in communicating to employees the importance of ensuring continued environmental compliance are also discussed.
