摘要

This work is concerned about performance of PVT (Photovoltaic/Thermal) solar system working with air-conditioning system. The electricity generated from a-Si PV module is connected into grid by AC to DC inverter. Hot water from the system is supplied into adsorption chiller machine for producing cold water. Moreover, hot water from conventional air-conditioning system (Compressed refrigerant) is trapped to increasing hot water volume. This system is the first development of PVT air conditioning system in Thailand. Thailand is in the tropical climate, there are the yearly average daily global solar radiations for the whole country about 18.2 MJ/m{sup}2-day. This is show that Thailand has fairly high solar energy potential.
