摘要

Silicon substrate nanotexturisation is obtained using electroless immersion treatment in aqueous solutions based on persulfates and silver nitrate and consequent etching in aqueous solution of hydrofluoric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The nanotexturisation method is found to be effective on both single crystalline and multicrystalline crystalline silicon wafers. Furthermore the obtained surface texture being formed immediately after cleaning and saw damage removal, pyramides etching for mc-Si and sc-Si respectively is able to some extent to withstand the subsequent high-temperature solar cell processing. Solar cells with nanotextred surface are prepared using standard screen-printed metallization. Efficiencies up to 16% are measured on mc-Si solar cells the technology process being still in a stage of optimization.
