1) The MIP repertoire can be monitored dynamically using high-throughput MS-based quantitative approach. 2) A progressive increase in the proportion of differentially abundant MHC I peptides was observed up to 48 h following mTOR inhibition. 3) Prolonged mTOR inhibition led to a significant increase in abundance of 18percent of the MIP repertoire. 4) Expression levels of peptide-source proteins over expressed after mTOR inhibition suggest that different post-translational mechanisms account for the generation of those peptides.
