摘要

Electrochemical oxidation of T4 occurred in an EC cell and the products were identified by both EC/ESI-MS and EC/LC/ESI-MS. They were quantified by EC/cgLC/ICP-MS. Counter gradient was demonstrated to produce an independent ICP-MS response along a gradient elution. In the future, this method will be applied in real biological samples.
