1. Developed and validated a robust in vitro model system to study the unresolved CSF3R biology. 2. Based on western blot, statistical correlation studies and phospho kinase array assay, we now have a valid phosphoproteomic data set to examine differential signaling pathways in mutants versus wild type. 3. Initial analyses suggest variation in phospho-tyrosine signaling in mutants in comparison to wild type.
