摘要

The study mainly analyze schistosome infection of residents and theirs inhabitancy environment and behaviors by using GIS spatial analysis technique combined with mathematical statistics analysis, and the results show that the more near from residents' houses to Lake, the higher people expose water, and the higher people infect schistosome. Residents whose houses are more than 1400m far from marshlands are not infected with schistosome. The main mode of residents (except for fisherfolk) exposed water are mowing and washing clothes; Spatial relevant analysis shows that residents exposure doesn't related with geographical place but is of typical regionally clustering, furthermore the residents at the age of 20 - 50 are the highest risk population infected schistosome. Therefore, people in young and prime of life are still high infected population, and fisherfolk are focus in schistosomiasis control.
