摘要

Pd(II)-catalyzed intramolecular oxidative animation is an efficient and useful method for the synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocycles. In the majority of the literature reports, aromatic amines have been submitted to this type of reaction, since a considerable decrease in the reaction rate and poisoning of the catalyst are observed for compounds containing an aliphatic amine. However, on decrease of the basicity of the aliphatic amino group by incorporation of a strong electron-withdrawing group, these compounds may also undergo this type of transformation.
