摘要

4-Hydroxycoumarin derivatives are known to have anticoagulant, anti-HIV, antitumor, antioxidant activities. Otherwise some aminocoumarins are well known antimicrobial agents. Some azo dyes and triazens show good antimicrobial and antifungal activity. Some novel azo- and triazeno- derivatives of 4-hydroxycoumarin and 4-aminocoumarin were synthesized by two-step reactions by classical conditions. The compounds were characterized by their physicochemical properties. Their chemical structures were elucidated by elemental analysis, ~1H-NMR, ~(13)C-NMR, IR and UV-Vis spectrometry.
