摘要

Matrix effect is an important aspect to consider when analyzing extracts from complex food matrices by LCESI-MS [1]. In fact, if no labeled standards are available, accurate quantitation is a difficult task. The work deals with the evaluation of matrix effect involved in the analysis of phytoestrogens in soy-based food. QuEChERS [2] were used as extraction/purification technique and the multivariate approach of experimental design was used to optimize the procedure.
