Groundwater numerical simulation is a main method to assess groundwater resources,which has been widely used in domestic water resources assessment. There are certain temporal differences in source and sink data such as multi-watershed numerical simulation in a large-scale. Transformation modes of "three waters" (refers to precipitation, surface water and ground water) are different, and the genetic types of groundwater system are different, too. During groundwater numerical simulation of the north foot of Tianshan Mountain, according to transformation modes of "three waters", the genetic types of groundwater system and field pit permeability tests, the problems have been analyzed and treated, such as the disparity of temporal distribution and dynamic observation in space of river seepage recharge and groundwater exploitation. Adopting the treated source and sink data to simulate groundwater flow numerically acquires good effects.
