PVC is a great infrastructure building product and is used in long term durable goods such as PVC pipe. As the world economy grows and spends money for infrastructure, the demand for PVC products will continue to grow.However, the short term economic outlook is for poor economic conditions and this will correlate to poor demand for PVC products, while the world is facing these low economic conditions. The developed countries of the world will have a slower growth rate, while the developing countries of the world will have a much higher growth rate for PVC products.
