摘要

Mammary carcinoma is the most common cancer among women and female dogs. In both, surgery is the treatment of choice, but is not always curative as a sole modality. Better methods to control disseminated or unresectable disease must be developed. Recombinant viruses have been shown to successfully transduce tumors following intralesional injection, however the utility of raccoon poxvirus (RCN) has not been evaluated previously.
