AFM optico- and optico-acoustic biosensors were used for detection structural and molecular organization of protein-partner complexes in water-soluble and membrane P450-containing monooxygenase systems. AFM-molecular detector was used for detection, visualization and direct counting of proteins, binary and ternary protein complexes forming in P450101, P4502B4 and P45011A1 - containing systems. With membrane P4502B4 and P45011A1 -systems, the membrane proteins were monomerized in solution by Emulgen 913.Using the optical two-channel biosensor "resonant mirror", the IAsys kinetic constants of formation and decay of protein-partners complexes were measured from the ratio of which the values of Kd for reactions of complex formation in three P450-containing systems were calculated. Comparison of the life time of complexes with the time of catalytic cycle showed that in P450cam and P45011A1systems the ternary complexes are productive while the binary ones are deadlocked. In P4502B4 the both binary and 30% of ternary complexes are productive.
