摘要

The purpose of this study was to identify important service attributes for customers dining at a Lebanese restaurant in the Washington,DC metropolitan area in the USA.The findings show that customers seem to have a hierarchy of preferences when it comes to different service attributes.A vast majority of the customers preferred high quality food and beverages served in a clean and friendly environment.Marketing implications for restaurant managers are discussed.
