摘要

Novel two LC run approach provided cross-linked sites and peptide identification from large sequence databases using conventional search algorithms. 23 cross-linked sites on BSA and 8 cross-linked sites on HSA were identified with this approach. Preliminary human serum data suggest PIR cross-linking is a viable method for study of protein-interactions in serum.
