摘要

The present study was the first attempt of the metabolomics study of HPA-induced hepatotoxicity and identification of potential biomarkers related with toxicity. Generic UPLC/oaTOF MS~(E)/MarkerLynx XS for sample profiling strategy is fast and efficient. MS~(E) data offers fragment information for identify confirmation and structural elucidation.
