摘要

In this study, a micro solid-phase extraction ((mu)SPE) combined with LC-HESI-MS/MS for high throughput screening of the various sedative-hypnotics drugs in urine has been developed. The (mu)SPE method was efficient for the clean-up and enrichment of sedative-hypnotics drugs urine samples. The feasibility of the proposed method was evaluated and the linearity was from 0.5 to 500 ng/mL. The limits of detection and limits of quantification for the proposed method were below 15.0 and 50.0 ng mL~(-1), respectively. The recovery were from 51.1percent to 125percent. In the view of the simplicity, rapidity, sensitivity, and selectivity, the proposed method is recommendable for application in high throughput screening of various abused drugs in urine.
