摘要

Determination of maternal exposure of PBDEs/PCBs could help to interpret the pathology of some human diseases, like autism. A GC/MS/MS method with high sensitivity and selectivity was established and validated for the detection of PBDEs and PCBs from human plasma. Tetra-PBDEs especially BDE-47 were the major components accounting for human exposure. Human tend to have higher exposure levels to lowly chlorinated PCBs. This novel analytical method would be easily extended to include more interested PBDEs / PCBs and to access other biological samples such as human milk or urines.
