摘要

Mixtures of GSH and labeled GSH during UHPLC-MS-MS facilitated the unambiguous detection of GSH conjugates of electrophilic metabolites. Polarity switching with precursor ion and constant neutralloss MS- MS scanning permitted the detection of more GSH conjugates than before. Three GSH conjugates of glabridin were detected, and epoxide intermediates were implicated.
