摘要

The purpose of this paper is to explore the potential of a nanoethics focused on objects. Nano-objects are not just objects of knowledge, they are things, although they are extremely tiny and almost immaterial. An object-centred perspective raises simple questions such as: how do nano-objects come into being? What is a nano-object? Is it a miniaturized material thing shrunk to the nanoscale? Can we make them integral parts of our common world? What meaning and values do they have?
