In recent years, the use of millimeter-waves (MMWs) is expected to increase in various applications. However there have been, few studies on biological effects of MMW exposure. The current guidelines [1] for MMW exposure have been mainly derived from the extrapolation of the data obtained in microwaves and infrared optical radiations. It is necessary to investigate the effects of MMWs through experiments.
