Based on customer relationship management theory, software engineering theory, data mining technology, according to the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises of wholesale and retail, I designed the system structure of the small and medium-sized wholesale and retail enterprises CRM (SMS-CRM), focused on applying of data mining and establishing customer analysis system of sell business, completed in data warehouse modeling, identified the five themes on data mining: customer cluster, customer value and customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, customer structure and model building and model evaluation.
