When mice were immunized up. with M13 phage without adjuvant, specific IgG was produced in primary response under MyD88-signaling. Consistently, Ap42-reactive IgG2b was elicited by the Ap42-fiber-mi-motope-displaying phage clone (B6-C15), suggesting the promising feature of M13 phage for vaccine design.
