In the present video, we demonstrate the standard procedure of complete laparoscopic distal gastrectomy (LDG) for early gastric cancer in our department. We use five ports. Greater omentum was dissected by harmonic scalpel toward the lt gastric A and V and the rt. gastroepiploic A and V was dissected followed by the resection of the duodenum by endcutter. Rt gastric A and V was dissected and the lymphnode dissection was performed from LN no 5, 8a, 7 and 9 followed by the dissection of LN no 1 and 3. Gastrectomy is performed under laparoscope and gastroduodenostomy is performed by Billroth I reconstruction method using delta anastomosis and the resected stomach is taken out through the camera port incision.
