Aneurismal Bone Cyst (ABC) is a lesion occurring most commonly in the long bones, flat bones and vertebrae. It is relatively rare in the jaws. They are predominantly located in the mandible body and the ramous. Three cases are described. Radiographi-cally they are a radiolucent appearance with well defined borders. Secondary lesion, such as fibrous dysplasia or giant cell such lesion were not associated with our cases. Extensive curettage and wide surgical resection were the treatments of choose in the three described cases. Differential diagnosis included: fibro dysplasia, giant cell tumor, low grade central osteosarcoma and teleangectatic osteosarcoma.
