摘要

Glycosyl phosphate units are found in several bioconjugates serving versatile biological functions and are therefore major subjects of research. Our group developed a method for the efficient synthesis of phosphorylated biomolecules and (di)phosphate linked bioconjugates such as nucleoside di- and triphosphates, sugar nucleotides and dinucleoside oligophosphates. The cycloSal-approach uses an acceptor substituted cyclo Sal-phosphate triester as activated phosphate building block which is attacked by a nucleophile to give the desired conjugate (Scheme 1).
