摘要

The value of the biodiversity of the natural area Oltet Gorges justifies the need for research to inventory the existing species and to establish some management measures to ensure support for the permanent actions and also effective for the conservation and protection of nature. The surface of the natural protected area Oltet Gorges is included in the surface of the site Natura 2000 ROSCI0128 North part of the East Gorj. The natural reserve Oltet Gorges includes an area of 97,6 hectares, of which 95,36 hectares (representing 97,7% of the reserve) includes only natural areas, corresponding to the habitats categories Natura 2000. This paper presents the results of the identification and inventory operations of bat species existing in the natural reserve Oltet Gorges, the characterization of hibernation colonies, maternity colonies and feeding areas.
