The wireless network with the mobile base station (MBS) is support broadband wireless communications intend for passenger of vehicles. In this paper, we research on context-aware based adaptive handoff hysteresis scheme that can realize the handoff parameter optimization for MBS. The performances of the traditional handoff hysteresis scheme and the proposal are analyzed and compared in details.
