Recently, Meshless method has attracted attention as the method that can be easily applied to a complex shaped domain because meshless method does not require meshes of a geometrical structure. Meshless Time Domain Method (MTDM) based on Radial Point Interpolation Method is employed for time-dependent electromagnetic wave propagation phenomena. Numerical precision and stability have been investigated in 2-dimensional MTDM. Especially, kind of RBF and support radius R severely affect numerical precision and stability in 3-dimensional MTDM. We investigate effects of kind of RBF and support radius R to numerical precision and stability by numerical experiment with several RBF and parameters in 3-dimensional MTDM.
