摘要

The network structure constructed by two-Chinese-character compound words in the Japanese language has been studied and revealed that the network has the small-world property and that it has the scale-free property in some cases. Our contributions are about results of directed graph based analysis of a structure of the network of n-Chinese-character compound words as the first step of development of the Chinese-character codeword puzzle generator. Time series variations of the network statistics are also reported.
