We had prepared two kinds of stainless steel loose tube cable of different usages. As the stainless steel tube has good tensile and crush performance, we could downsize the diameter of cables to meet the duct and buried cable's requirements respectively. The test results show both these two kind cables could fully meet the requirements of ITU-T L.100/L.10 and L.101/L.43 respectively. Also the anti-rodent and fire-resistant tests had applied. The results of anti-rodent test samples show good performance. And the cable B could pass the fire test
