摘要

Gender and diversity issues are becoming increasingly important, but are still neglected in the mobility field. In order to counteract this situation, a knowledge repository is being developed with the aim of bundling and making available international gender- and diversity-specific mobility knowledge. As a result, stakeholders, such as transport planners, can call up this knowledge, incorporate it into their planning processes and implement it within the scope of their tasks. For this, however, the needs of the stakeholders must first be identified and a user-centred and task-oriented preparation of the knowledge must be conceived. This article therefore shows how internationally distributed knowledge can be made available in a user- and task-oriented manner and how an interactive and transparent flow of knowledge can be supported in the long term.
