During this article, we have reviewed an application of optical spectroscopy in the control of physical and technologicalprocesses, which include: monitoring combustion processes, monitoring a rocket engine state, the monitoring process ofmelting metals, dyeing textile materials, etc. We have given a solution for contactless optical spectroscopy to controlthese processes. Contactless spectroscopy means the absence of direct contact between the resolving system of thespectral device and analyzed radiation. This was done by using optical fiber as a transmission system. In this case,spectral devices are the traditional diffraction grating device and a multichannel optical spectrometer. There is givingschemes for creating control devices based on these spectral devices, and their comparison is made. Results of hightemperatureprocess experimental researches of NaCl burning and recording the spectral line of Na in spectrum flame ofgas-jet. That researches accomplished via developed laboratory models of control devices based on spectral devices.
