Challenges of contemporary molecular biology include predicting how genes are regulated in a network, which proteins participate in the pathway and how they interact. A great challenge of post-genomic biology is to understand how cellular phenomena arise from connectivity of genes and proteins. This connectivity generates molecular network diagrams and a systematic approach to analyze them requires a development of mathematical models. Also, the great challenge of the functional biology consists in predicting and understanding how the behavior observed of an organization can emerge from a network of interactions between the molecular components of a cell. The goal of our work is to understand the behaviors of the interactions networks and to model their evolution in time and in space. We propose a new approach based on multi-agent systems for the Dynamic modeling and simulation for the molecular interaction networks.
